  -GP consultations, Chronic condition management plans and reviews, Mental health treatment plans, Health assessments

  • Fees may apply for non-eligible services,including:
  • Procedures like skin excisions, diagnostic services like ECG and pathology, Allied health and other non- GP services like private forms etc, Non Mbs services, PATIENTS WITHOUT A MEDICARE

My Medicare programme enrolment -My Medicare is a voluntary patient registration model. It aims to formalize the relationship between patients,
their general practice, general practitioner (GP) and primary care teams. Our Practice and it’s GP’s are registered under My Medicare.
Seeing your GP regularly and formalizing the relationship you have with your GP and general practice through My Medicare may lead to better health outcomes.
Please feel free to fill out the MY Medicare form at the reception or talk to your GP during the consult if you wish to register yourself with the clinic.
